Under regional oversight and development, the focus is to plant new and healthy Foursquare churches in this former communist country. Evangelistic outreach is being accomplished through a series of teams making contacts in key cities in Romania. Potential pastors and leaders are being identified and small fellowships are being formed. Pastors and leaders are being mentored and encouraged through visits by Foursquare pastors and teams from Europe and the United States. The main goal is to develop healthy local churches led by healthy leaders and pastors.
